Ed began his real estate career with Continental Service Company (Bank of America) in San Francisco, with initial responsibilities that included the management of 1,000,000 sq. ft. of existing office properties, as well as analysis of new office project developments. Moving on as a Manager of Real Estate for Fidelity Savings and Loan (now Citicorp), Ed was largely responsible for the development of the extensive branching network in Northern California. After a three-year tenure with Norris, Beggs & Simpson as a top producing salesman, he co-founded Gallagher & Miersch, Inc. Ed has represented several anchor retailers, as well as being the catalyst for the development of several prominent retail shopping centers in Northern California. In addition, he has a special expertise in planning, designing, and marketing large shopping centers.

Bill began his real estate career with the firm of Ritchie and Ritchie, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail/commercial properties in the East Bay. He joined Ashland Oil Company of California as Manager of Real Estate with responsibilities for the acquisition and sale of service stations, marine terminals, and petroleum products facilities. In 1982, Bill joined the firm and continues his practice of retail leasing and site acquisitions with emphasis upon representing major tenants in their market evaluation and site selection process.

Mike has planned and directed marketing programs for major retail projects throughout the West Coast. His initial retail sales and leasing began with The Winmar Corporation and, subsequently, The Irvine Company as Manager of Commercial Leasing. He joined W.R. Grace Development as Vice President, Leasing. Later, as President of Merchants National Management Company, he handled leasing and management programs for all Pacific Rim Development projects. To date, Mike has been responsible for leasing retail projects with a combined space in excess of 3,000,000 square feet. His affiliation with the firm commenced in 1989. While at Gallagher & Miersch, Mike has been instrumental in leasing the pads and shops in newly developed centers.

Tom joined Gallagher & Miersch, Inc. in 1994. During his real estate career, he has been involved in managing and leasing of over 12 million square feet of Regional, Community, and Neighborhood Shopping Centers. In this capacity he devised and oversaw many management and leasing programs for institutional and individual clients. As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, he was awarded their Certified Shopping Center Management (CSM) designation. He also earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

In 2001 Scott joined our property management/leasing team upon obtaining his degree in Industrial Technology (Business/Engineering) at California Polytechnic State University. He began his property management career working for Hart Properties, McNamara Realty, and Hendry Construction while attending college. His knowledge provides a solid base for overseeing annual budgets, tenant improvements, and construction projects. Scott is currently working on the management, marketing, and leasing of 15 shopping centers in the Bay Area ranging in size from approximately 11,000 to 240,000 square feet.

Mike began his career in real estate for Orchard Supply Hardware (OSH) as Market Research Analyst. In 1983 he became Director of Real Estate and oversaw the OSH expansion until 1993. For the next 10 years, he worked for retailers such as Home Express, Boston Market and, most recently, for Albertson's Inc. as Real Estate Manager. Mike joined Gallagher & Miersch, Inc. in 2002. He is presently working with many retailers and commercial developers in California.

Began his real estate career with Connolly Development in 1971 as leasing and marketing coordinator for 14 community shopping centers throughout Northern California and Las Vegas, NV. In 1984, Bruce formed the Burrows Company and for the next 20 years continued handling leasing, tenant representation, management, retail investment sales and consulting assignments for individuals and prominent clients such as The Rouse Company, O’Conner Group, and the Grupe Company. Bruce joined Gallagher & Miersch, Inc. in 2008.
