Gallagher & Miersch, Inc. was founded in 1979 by Edward Gallagher and Paul Miersch. Over the years, the firm has become recognized as a leading Northern California Brokerage firm and is known for quality retail brokerage, marketing, management and consulting services.

Gallagher & Miersch, Inc. has been instrumental in major retail tenant transactions in Northern California exceeding more than 6,500,000 square feet of space which includes 15 shopping centers developed from the ground up and 30 plus major tenants ranging in size from 100,000 to 220,000 square feet. The firm remains actively involved in finding sites for large, more unique tenant requirements, throughout the region, as well as, securingsites for major branded hotels.
